🚚 | Pick Up Pick up your gear at 7pm the evening before your adventure at our base near Sunnyside Park in Mount Pleasant, Vancouver. Details on pickup location are included in booking. Delivery If you chose the delivery option at checkout, we will deliver your gear right to you between 7pm and 8pm the evening before the 1st day of your booking. Flexible pick up times/ drop off times available upon request. |

📍 | Gear drop off Return your gear at 7 PM on the last day of your booking at our base near Mount Pleasant, or at an alternate location arranged during booking. (Location details will be provided in your booking confirmation.) |
The Important Info
🛠️ | Damage Policy We get it—gear is meant to be used. Reasonable wear and tear (like a few scuffs or scratches) is expected and won’t be charged. However, renters are responsible for any damage beyond normal use, including but not limited to:
If any gear is lost, stolen, or severely damaged, you may be charged up to the full replacement value. We inspect all gear before and after each rental, and if there are any issues, we’ll reach out to work with you and resolve the situation on a case-by-case basis. Please treat the gear like it’s your own—so the next adventurer can enjoy it too. If you're unsure whether something counts as damage, feel free to ask. We’re happy to work with you. |

Cancellation Policy We understand that plans can change, and your need for gear might too. Here's how our cancellation policy works:
Please note: No-shows or failure to pick up gear without notice are not eligible for a refund. |
🏃 | Late Returns All gear must be returned by the agreed-upon date and time. Late returns impact other adventurers, make sure you're aware of our Late Return Policy before you head out:
If you’re delayed due to weather, safety, or unforeseen circumstances—please let us know as soon as possible. We’re happy to work with you if we can. |

Release of Liability – Safety First! Backcountry travel and outdoor exploration come with inherent risks. To rent with us, all customers are required to sign a Release of Liability. By signing, you agree to:
Your safety should always come first—don’t hesitate to reach out if you have questions or need guidance on how to use any gear. However, remember that it's ultimately your responsibility to ensure you have the knowledge to use the gear correctly and navigate the areas you're heading into. |
